About
I’ve always felt drawn to the fun and camaraderie of movement rather than the pressure of winning. Growing up, playing football and practising martial arts taught me that mastering new skills can be a joyful pursuit, not a chore. At seventeen, I became a personal trainer, eager to help others discover that same feeling of empowerment. Today, my passion remains the same: guiding people to move better and find genuine confidence in their bodies.
-
For over 12 years, I’ve delivered 15,000+ training hours to individuals ranging from beginners to celebrities, focusing on transformative results and genuine progress.
My career includes guiding major weight-loss journeys (30–40 kg), supporting injury rehabilitation, and collaborating with medical experts for specialised conditions.
I’ve taught group classes, spoken at therapy conventions, contributed expert commentary to health media, and led international retreats. Each role strengthened my ability to design meaningful, accessible fitness experiences for my clients.

My philosophy is grounded in empathy, personalisation, and enjoyment. I believe fitness should never be a chore or competition, but a journey shaped by your unique body and goals. That’s why I adjust exercises, celebrate small victories, and respect your pace, rather than pushing a strict blueprint. By combining biomechanical insight with genuine care, I create a safe space for clients to explore movement, build lasting habits, and leave each session feeling stronger and more inspired.

I hold a first-class MSc in Biomechanics from St. Mary’s University, along with advanced certifications in Personal Training (L4–5), Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition Coaching, Pain Management, and Behaviour Change.
Over 12 years, I’ve delivered more than 15,000 sessions, collaborated with medical professionals, and spoken at leading fitness conventions. This blend of science and hands-on insight shapes each program, ensuring it’s safe, personalised, and built to support your goals. All this ensures I craft effective, results-driven guidance.
